Refund policy
Sometimes, it just isn't meant to be!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind about an item, we're happy to provide a refund for your purchase as long as the following conditions are met:
- Item(s) are posted back to us, at the customers expense and with tracked shipping, within 30 days of receiving the item(s)
- Item(s) are returned with original packaging and are unworn and undamaged from use or handling
Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely delivered back to DayNightDusk. Please note that the time it takes to process the refund may depend on your financial institution and method of payment.
DAMAGED ITEM(s)
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged we're happy to refund the price of the item, providing the following is provided to us:
- A description of the nature of the damage within 5 days of receiving the item
- Photos of the damage
Once the above information has been received, DayNightDusk will make arrangements to have the broken item posted back, and once they have been received, process the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at badatrehana@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
