Shipping
1.1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! We use Sendle to ship to our international friends. You will receive an email as soon as it is in the post.
1.2. How soon do you ship?
Due to all these pandemic shenanigans, orders are sent out every Tuesday and Thursday.
If you ABSOLUTELY need it sooner - please leave a note at the checkout and I'll try my best to get it in the post asap :)
1.3. It's in the post! But how long will my order take to arrive?Ah Covid has made that question a bit harder to answer unfortunately! I've provided a rough chart below, but please note that delays can occur.
Australia (Major City): Within 5 business days
Australia (Regional): 5-10 business days
International: 15-30 business days
1.4. I live in Sydney, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately due to Covid, we are only accepting postal orders right now :( We might be open to it in the future once everything eases up.

2.1. Are your earrings very heavy?
Not at all - our earrings are made of lightweight acrylic for all day comfort :)
2.2. Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes! We use hypo-allergenic stainless steel posts. We also offer sterling silver posts for the extra sensitive.
2.3. Oooh my ears aren't pierced - do you do clip ons?
While we do offer clip-ons as an option for some of our earrings, unfortunately not all our designs can be turned into clip-ons. Don't worry though, I'm rapidly trying to find a solution. Earrings for all!
2.4. Where are your earrings made?
Right here in my living room in Sydney, Australia. Sweatshop free!
2.5. Do you do custom orders?
Yes I do! Do you have something special, unique or personalised in mind? Please reach out - I'd love to hear from you!
2.6. Oh no! You've run out of [awesome product]. Will you be restocking?
Typically, we will restock certain styles two weeks after they have run out of stock. However if you're in a hurry, please reach out and I'll see what I can do about getting them stocked sooner :)
