Light as a feather, these floral earrings are handmade in Australia, the world's richest carnivorous plant floras, with around 187 recognised species.
Story behind the design
Australia is the world's hot spot for carnivorous plants but Drosera or Utricularia take the crown!
"We have so many sundews (Drosera) in Australia because the fertility of our soil has been leached out over millions of years. To get around the lack of fertiliser, these plants have developed a survival system: they murder insects and compost their bodies."

These handmade earrings are made from laser cut acrylic and are available with hypo-allergenic stainless steel posts, clip ons or with a locally sourced sterling silver posts making them the perfect jewellery for sensitive ears.

This product is produced from an original design and is hand assembled, painted and finished. As a result, there may be slight variations from piece to piece, making each pair as special as their owner.
